I offer a free 20 minute discovery call which is an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the process and how it can benefit you.
The Initial Consultation The initial consultation is designed to be a comprehensive 50-minute session. During this time, you have the opportunity to discuss the specific areas in which you seek assistance and outline your desired outcomes from the upcoming sessions. We will delve into the workings of the brain relevant to your concerns and explore the principles of trance, and how it can assist us during this process. Following our discussion, we will collaboratively establish an approximate number of sessions tailored to your needs. It’s important to note that hypnosis is not performed during the initial consultation. Instead, you will receive a relaxation MP3 designed for home use. Committing to regular listening sessions can significantly enhance the overall effectiveness of the process.

Hypnotherapy appointments Each subsequent session has a duration of 50 minutes. We start by discussing the developments since our last meeting and emphasize positive aspects. Before delving into Solution-Focused Therapy questions, a brief review reminds you of the workings of the mind. These carefully crafted questions aim to elicit positive responses and mark a crucial phase where active client participation is key. Finally, we conclude the session with a relaxing trance segment, intended to solidify the therapeutic progress.
Hypnotherapy appointments are £60
Phobias
Phobia treatment takes 3 sessions following the initial consultation. This involves the Rewind Technique and concludes in a reframe or visualisation session.
Smoking cessation
Smoking cessation lasts up to two hours and the initial consultation is included as part of this session. Full client commitment is essential and willpower is required.
Smoking cessation appointments £200
Hypnotherapy is effective however success in not guaranteed. Full client commitment is important. Listening to the MP3 between sessions is a vital element in the process and participation is required. This will be fully explained in the initial consultation.
NB: Please note I require 48 hours notice for cancelled appointments. I reserve the right to charge the full session fee outside of this notice period. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate.
